Your Questions, My Answers

Where does the training take place?
Most of my clients are directly from Brooklyn or the surrounding areas. We can jog together through the city parks and work out together in a fitness studio I trust.

I train out of Gleason's Gym located in Downtown, Brooklyn and I also train out of Gym X Boxing located in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn.  That does not mean, however, that I do not sometimes take longer trips to get to know new running paths in your area. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution!

Am I a professional trainer?
Yes. I am a New York State Certified USA Boxing Amateur and Professional Trainer and I am also in the process of obtaining the CPT Certification.  Check out the “About Me“ page for more details about my biography.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course, you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems, and goals. In addition, I am mainly your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can recommend running paths or the right exercise.

How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week.  Depending on circumstances, boxers usually train five days a week.
